2 Crispy's white or whole wheat rotis
2 Tbsp. Hummus
1 Medium Avocado, Mashed
1/2 C. Alfalfa Sprouts
1/4 C. Carrot, Shredded
1 Whole Roasted Bell Pepper, Sliced in Strips
1. Lay our your tortillas and top each with 1 tbsp. hummus.
2. Add half of the mashed avocado over the hummus on each wrap, followed by about 1/4 c. sprouts.
3. Top the sprouts off with the carrots and bell pepper. Then roll it all up!
4. Cut in half and serve right away.
